Schedule/description of work
We would like to notify you that we will be carrying out a planned maintenance on our Orderbox Registry Pooler Server in order to upgrade the Hardware to the latest build.
Affected Services:
- Domain Lookup Calls will fail from SuperSite and API.
- Domain Provisioning calls (register and transfer) will fail from API and SuperSite.
- Domain renewal actions will be queued.
- Domain management actions (Nameserver modification, contact modification etc.) will be queued.
We request you to carry out any actions on domain orders that would require a connection to the registry before/after this maintenance.
Though the scheduled maintenance window is for 60 mins, you may face intermittent connectivity issues for around 30 minutes or less.
