Scheduled Orderbox Maintenance

We want to make you aware that Sunday (12/02) at 1:30am UTC, there will be scheduled maintenance for approximately 3 hours. We will be using this time to upgrade Orderbox's main transactional database to the latest stable build version. The existing version has reached its end of life, making this upgrade imperative to mitigate any future security risk.

During this maintenance window, the OrderBox platform will be inaccessible and all transactions will be paused. All operations around the platform, api, control panel, supersite, partnersite, whois service, and csv reports will resume immediately after the maintenance window.

To make this easier to detect, a maintenance notice will be displayed to indicate that the service would be unavailable including API responses resulting in a 503 response code.

Most importantly, even through this maintenance window, Check Availability, DNS resolution of existing websites and Domain Forwarding Service will continue to work as usual.
