Primary OrderBox Database Fail-over To Standby

A constructive maintenance will be performed on our Primary OrderBox Database to upgrade the current kernel version. In order to achieve this we will be failing over the Primary OrderBox Database to our Standby Database.

Services affected:  All of OrderBox, i.e. Control Panels, API, SuperSites, Domain Forward, Whois search, CSV Data Export etc. will be down. In this window, we will not be able to accept any new orders/customers/resellers or allow any orders or accounts to be managed via the Control Panel or API.

Expected Downtime: Although the maintenance window is  2 hours, we expect services to be affected for less than 15 minutes. Services should largely be online however there could be intermittent issues.
