Scheduled Maintenance on Orderbox

We will be upgrading the Tomcat version on all our OrderBox servers to 9.0.8.

As part of the upgrade process, we would be disabling all traffic arriving to our OrderBox servers, due to which the following services would be affected:

1. Supersite

2. API

3. Control Panel

During the upgrade, you may face issues while trying to place any new orders via the Supersite or API, and while managing your orders from the Control Panel.

Though the maintenance duration is of 30 minutes, we expect services to be affected for not more than a few minutes.

Our System Administration team will be actively monitoring the system to ensure that there is minimal degradation of services.
