Scheduled Maintenance activity on cWatch and Xcitium

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our systems, which will impact the provisioning and management of cWatch and Xcitium orders.

During the maintenance window, cWatch and Xcitium orders will not be provisioned. In addition, management actions such as upgrading, suspending, unsuspending, and deleting orders will not be processed.

The website will remain fully functional throughout the maintenance period. Backup jobs and security scans will not be affected by this maintenance. Only order management functions will be impacted. Please be assured that any pending actions will be processed automatically once the maintenance has been completed.
