Scheduled Maintenance: Premium DNS Platform Upgrade

Schedule/description of work

As part of our commitment to improved reliability and security, we are migrating existing Premium DNS orders to a new, faster, and more resilient platform.

The migration will take place over June 17–18, 2026. Each individual domain migration is expected to take approximately 2 hours within this maintenance window.

  • Website and email services will remain online and continue resolving normally during migration.
  • During active migration of a domain, DNS record management will be temporarily locked (add/edit/delete actions disabled) to prevent data loss.
  • After migration completes for a domain, customers should avoid making DNS changes for 48 hours to allow full synchronization and global propagation.
  • Changes made during this period may be delayed, overwritten, or lost.
  • If domains are currently using our legacy Premium DNS nameservers, nameservers will be updated automatically to the new infrastructure. No manual action is required.

After the upgrade

Once migration and propagation are complete, customers will see a redesigned and improved Premium DNS management experience in the control panel.
