OrderBox Registry Pooler restart

We would like to notify you that we will be carrying out a maintenance on our Orderbox Active Registry Pooler Server in order to apply OS Hardening as a part of our PCI Compliance exercise.

Though the scheduled maintenance window is of 60 minutes, you may face intermittent connectivity issues for around 2 minutes or less while the Pooler application is restarted.

Actions that require registry connections will be affected. For example Domain Name Registrations, Renewals, Name Server modifications, Contact modifications. Thus, we advise you to carry out any actions on domain orders that would require a connection to the registry post this maintenance.
