Schedule/description of work
The Business and Enterprise Email hosting servers will be undergoing a maintenance to upgrade the OX filestore.
Affected Services :
- OX Webmail interface will be inaccessible i.e. http://webmail.yourdomainname.com / http://us3.webmail.mailhostbox.com.
- Data stored on OX Drive will be inaccessible.
- Unable to manage user accounts from Email Dashboard i.e. create/modify accounts/reset password.
There won’t be any issues with sending and receiving emails via 3rd Party MTAs like Outlook, Thunderbird, etc. In case you wish to configure your email account on email client please follow the steps mentioned here
