ICANN Registration Data Policy Compliance Update for GMO

As part of our ongoing efforts to comply with the ICANN Registration Data Policy, we will be transitioning to a thin registry model for the following TLDs:

• .shop
• .tokyo
• .nagoya
• .yokohama
• .okinawa
• .ryukyu

Please note that the following TLDs will continue to operate under the thick registry model due to local presence requirements:

• .kyoto
• .id (including third-level .id domains)
• .jp (including third-level .jp domains)

No changes are required for these TLDs, and existing integrations will continue to function as usual.

During the migration, the EPP service will experience a brief downtime of approximately 30 minutes, during which the following operations will be temporarily unavailable:

• Domain registration and renewal
• Domain transfers
• Domain management actions
• WHOIS lookups
