Scheduled Maintenance on Orderbox panel

We will be undertaking constructive maintenance on our Database Servers as part of our ongoing efforts to improve platform stability. This maintenance will last for 2 hours and 30 minutes and will take place on September 24th, 2023 01:30hrs GMT to September 24th, 2023 04:00hrs GMT.

Affected Services: This update will have a direct impact on our Control Panel and API services. Hence, during the maintenance you may not be able to:

1. Access and manage your orders from the Orderbox Control Panel, including renewal or deletion of orders
2. Purchase orders from our Supersite
3. Access the CSV Reports portal
4. Manage the domain forwarding service from the Domain Forwarding interface
5. Use our API service
6. Use our Mobile APP

We are making this change to provide:

• Better performance
• Better security
• Better functionality

The maintenance activity will not impact the websites that are using our DNS service.
