Scheduled OrderBox Database Maintenance

As part of our continued efforts to keep improving our platform stability, we will be undertaking a planned maintenance to upgrade one of our Databases. This change will entail a planned downtime on certain services for 24 hours starting on 15th April, 2023 06:30hrs GMT until 16th April, 2023 06:30hrs GMT

During this maintenance window the following services will be affected -

Actions that cannot be performed:

• List Archived Transactions
• List Archived Actions in the View Order Page along with the API call to fetch archived actions
• Search deleted orders
• All Bulk actions
• CSV Reports
• Add on purchases for an existing Server Hosting Order

Actions that will be queued:

• Renewal of Domains
• Deletion of Domains and Hosting Order

Any actions stuck during this maintenance window will be automatically processed post completion of the maintenance.

We are making this change to provide:

• Better security
• Better functionality
