Scheduled Maintenance on Orderbox panel and API

As part of our endeavor to constantly upgrade our platform, we will be performing constructive maintenance on OrderBox.This maintenance activity will start at 02:30 am GMT and continue till 03:30 am GMT. During the maintenance, the following Services will not be available.

1. Orderbox API calls, Whois lookup and Knowledge base
2. Access to the Supersite, Partnersite, Webpro, Mobile App and Control Panel
3. Applications dependent on Orderbox
4. Support portal for initiating chat/raising a case.

The maintenance activity will not impact the websites that are using our DNS service. Please reach out to our support teams for any questions or concerns.
