PCI Security Enhancement on Orderbox - Maintenance 2

Further to the maintenance that was completed on Sunday 03rd September 2017 and in continuation to our efforts of making the OrderBox Platform PCI compliant, another constructive maintenance is scheduled on our OrderBox Servers.

Services affected: All of OrderBox, i.e. Control Panels, API, SuperSites, Knowledge base, Domain Forward, Whois search etc. will be down. In this window, we will not be able to accept any new orders/customers/resellers or allow any orders or accounts to be managed via the Control Panel or API.

Expected Downtime: Although the maintenance window is 90 minutes, we expect services to be affected for less than 15 minutes. Services should largely be online however there could be intermittent issues.
