Schedule/description of work
As a continuation of the PHP changes mentioned here, we are entering the last phase of PHP upgrades.
What happens in this stage?
At this stage, force upgrade of all customer websites which are running on the older PHP versions (5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 7.0, 7.1,7.2) to version 7.3 and above will happen.
What will be the impact?
The website functionality will be affected if it is not compatible with PHP versions 7.3 or 7.4.
What needs to be done?
We request you to upgrade the PHP version of your websites to v7.3 or above before this maintenance window. You can follow the steps below to upgrade the PHP version for your website.
Login to the Plesk Panel Navigate to Websites & Domains and then click on PHP Settings Select PHP version 7.3 or 7.4 Click Apply As the upgrade is a major version change, we strongly advise all our clients to ensure all custom-written applications running on our servers are fully compatible with PHP 7.3 and above. Kindly check with your in-house webmaster/outsource webmaster/programmer regarding this matter.
**Disclaimer: **Please ignore this message if your websites are already running on PHP 7.3 or above.
