As part of our endeavor to constantly upgrade our platform, we will be performing constructive maintenance on our Archived Database Servers. During this maintenance, we will be optimizing our Archived Database instance for better task management.
This update will have a direct impact on our Control Panel and API services. Hence, during the maintenance you may not be able to:
1) Renew and Restore your domain orders from the Orderbox Control Panel
2) Search/List Archived Transactions from the Control Panel
3) Search for Archived Actions of a domain from Actions on the domain overview page
4) Extract data from the CSV Reports portal
5) Process Bulk actions
6) Deletion of orders
7) Use of API service to Restore, Renew or Delete domain orders as well as search for archived actions and transactions
Our development team will be actively monitoring the upgrade to ensure there is minimal degradation of services.
