Scheduled Orderbox maintenance

As a part of our endeavor to constantly upgrade our platform, we are upgrading the capacity of the Network Interface Card(NIC) on our OrderBox Servers. Owing to this, we will be required to perform a DB failover to the current slave before processing the NIC upgrade.

Affected Services:

This update will have a direct impact on Control Panel login and the 2 Factor Authentication service. Hence, during the maintenance you may not be able to login to the Control Panel, use 2 Factor Authentication to login or manage 2 Factor Authentication settings.

Though the scheduled maintenance window is of an hour, the activity will approximately take around 20 minutes to complete.

Our development team will be actively monitoring the system to ensure that there is minimal degradation of services.
