Schedule/description of work
We are upgrading the PHP version of all customer websites which are running on the older versions (5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2) to version 7.3 and above. This will ensure higher security for not only your website but also higher availability and performance.
We request you to change the PHP version of your website to 7.3 or 7.4 from the MultiPHP Manager option in your cPanel. If that is not possible, we will attempt to perform the upgrade on your behalf in the safest manner possible. You can find more details about the PHP upgrades here
If you find any issues in the upgraded version after the PHP upgrade activity, you can change the PHP version of the websites to the old version till 31st October 2020 as the older versions will not be supported post the mentioned date.
