Schedule/description of work
It is our constant endeavor to keep our systems up to date and as part of these efforts, a constructive maintenance is scheduled on our OrderBox Servers. This maintenance is part of a series of maintenance that will be carried out to ensure that the entire platform is PCI compliant.
Services Affected: All of OrderBox, i.e. Control Panels, API, SuperSites, Knowledge base, Domain Forward, Whois search etc. will be down. In this window, we will not be able to accept any new orders/customers/resellers or allow any orders or accounts to be managed via the Control Panel or API. |
Expected Downtime: Although the maintenance window is 90 minutes, we expect services to be affected for less than 20 minutes. Services should largely be online however there could be intermittent issues. |
