We have closely monitored the outgoing email services on the servers and they are now stable. The email backlog has been cleared as well.

Our email queue is still being cleared and we see a good progress. New emails will be working fine without any issues.

The issue has been identified and fixed by our System Administration team, they have implemented a fix on our windows email servers which have resulted in outgoing mail services to recover.
The new outgoing emails should be received at the recipient end without issues and the queued emails will be delivered slowly in batches.

Our team is actively working on starting the rate limiting services which is required for the mail flow.
