Intermittent issues on Multiple Shared Hosting Servers.

We have been closely monitoring the services across these servers and are not seeing any issues with the service as of now.

The issue is now resolved and you should be able to access all the services on our servers. Please feel free to contact our support team anytime if you need any help.

We have successfully restored the services on Shared Hosting Servers and all services are currently working fine.

You should be able to access the website, panels and email services seamlessly on all the platforms again.

We shall continue to monitor the servers for another 6 hours and shall update further on this thread.

Post our last update, we were observing few issues on our Hosting Servers related to the initial impact.

We noticed email queuing in our Shared Windows Hosting Servers (US) which is now fixed. However, you might face slight delay of few minutes in receiving emails due to the backlog.

In addition, we also saw an intermittent DNS issue with one of our Reseller Linux Hosting Server (bh-3.whb.tempwebhost.net) and the services are now stable. You should now be able to access the websites successfully.

We shall continue to actively monitor our services and share further details on this thread in next 12 hours.

Our Server Administration Team are noticing intermittent load on the email servers. They are actively monitoring the servers and clearing the blocked queues.

We shall continue to update the thread with additional information in regular intervals.

We have successfully restored our email services. However there is a delay in receiving emails that we are currently observing.

Our concerned team is working towards fixing the issue completely. Please follow this thread for further information.

On further investigation, inbound email services are impacted due to a load on the servers post restoration efforts after the power outage. The team is investigating this and efforts are under way to restore this as soon as possible.

Services on our shared hosting servers are operational and we have not observed any further issues since our last update However, we have some reports of incoming email services being affected which is unrelated to the power outage at the Datafoundry in Austin. We have successfully restored the service on all of our servers and all services are working fine.

You should be able to access the website, panels, and email services seamlessly on all the platforms again.

Most of the email services are back online. We continue to see some issues with login and mail client configuration. The resolver team will work on these on a case-by-case basis. Email sending is working fine but receiving is working with a delay of 5 minutes, login to webmail and email client .

On further updates, the system administration team have restored the Outbound Services of the Email Hosting Servers. You might notice a small delay in those emails because it will take sometime for the queue to clear the backlog.

We are further investigating on the Inbound Services and will continue to update the thread with additional information in regular intervals.

We are informed by our network team that were able to restore services for remaining Linux Servers as well. You should now be able to access services from Linux and Windows Hosting Servers as they are fully functional.

Also, they were able to prepare the secondary Switch and are now further working on restoring the services with our Email Servers. An update will be provided to this thread as soon as we have additional information.

Our internal teams are still working on the network and server related issue. All the Windows and Linux Hosting servers are up and running except for the ones mentioned below.

These are the affected Linux servers:

md-14.webhostbox.net, md-83.webhostbox.net, bh-70.webhostbox.net

Our Mail servers are still impacted due to a Switch Malfunction. We are currently preparing for a secondary Switch which should solve this problem. We will update this space once we have relevant details.

The teams are working in parallel paths to address the server and network device failure issue. We are still seeing issues on restoring a few of our Linux and Email Hosting Servers.

These are the affected Linux servers:

md-14.webhostbox.net, md-83.webhostbox.net, bh-70.webhostbox.net

However, they were able to restore the complete services for our Windows Hosting servers and other Linux Hosting servers. An update will be provided to this thread as soon as we have additional information.

We have received reports that the migration has been completed successfully and along with it the teams were also able to regain the power supply at the data center in Austin.
