Intermittent issues while receiving 2FA via SMS

The 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) issue has now been resolved by our System Administration team.

You should now be receiving the code seamlessly and log in to your panel without any issues. Please reach out to the support team in case of any concerns.

Our System Administration Team has identified that the issue was caused due to a code change. The changes have been reverted and you should now be able to receive the two step verification code seamlessly.

We are monitoring this to ensure that the services are stable. Please watch this thread for further updates.

We have received reports of intermittent issues with 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) while accessing your control panel. This will impact clients who have enabled 2FA via SMS as the 2FA code may not be delivered. 2FA via Google Authenticator is unaffected and if you have opted for it, you can use this method to access your control panel.

Our team is actively working to fix this as soon as possible. An update will be provided to this thread once additional information is available.
