Intermittent issue with SSL Order Activation

We have closely monitored the backlog orders which are now properly provisioned and all the services for enrolling the SSL certificate orders are now fixed.

You should now be able to issue and manage your SSL certificates seamlessly from the control panel.

Monitoring

Sectigo has confirmed their backlog has cleared and all the services for SSL certificates are now operational.

We shall closely monitor the services to ensure that everything is stable. Please watch the thread for further updates.

Sectigo has informed us that they are experiencing a backlog with their certificate issuance. However, now the backlog has started to clear up.

We shall continue to monitor the services and update this thread with further details in next 24 hours.

Investigating

We are facing intermittent issues with activation of SSL orders. The verification is successfully completed at Sectigo but the order continues to remain Inactive in Orderbox.

Our development team is currently investigating this issue on priority.

An update will be provided to this thread as soon as additional information is available.
