Our system administration team has made the required changes to help the Orderbox DB connections to stabilize further. The system emails have started to flow and as well as the DB connections are now released on time.
We shall continue to actively monitor our services and share the timely update on this thread.

We have received reports of intermittent issues with OrderBox while accessing and navigating the control panel. You might receive an error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please retry the action
Along with it our server administration team has identified that the server is taking longer than usual in sending system emails. The database connection is not being released due to which the requests are queued up. They are actively working to fix this as soon as possible.
An update will be provided to this thread as soon as additional information is available.
