We are experiencing a delay in adding funds via the SmartCollect Auto-NEFT feature. The payment processor is already working towards resolving the issue at the earliest.
Until then we recommend you to continue using UPI, RuPay Debit & QR Code through the Ccavenue and Payu gateway with Zero Transaction Fee. For this, you may go My Billing > Add Funds and select the "CCAvenue - UPI, RuPay Debit, QR Code" or "Payu.in (UPI and Rupay Debit)" from your panel. Funds will be automatically added to your account.
