The login issue has been resolved by our System Administration team. You should now be able to log in to your Business and Enterprise email service without any issues.

The issue has been identified and fixed by our System Administration team and the services are now up and running. An increase in CPU load on the server caused the outage which is now rectified.

We are facing intermittent login issues with our Business and Enterprise email service, due to which you might encounter an error “Connection to storage server failed" while accessing your account via the Webmail interface.
