Issue with enrollment of SSL certificates

We have closely monitored the backlog orders which are now properly provisioned and all the services for enrolling the SSL certificate orders are now fixed.

You should now be able to issue and manage your SSL certificates seamlessly from the control panel.

Monitoring

The issue at Sectigo seems to be resolved now. There was a server disruption at Sectigo which seems to be fixed on their end. You should now be able to issue and manage your SSL certificates seamlessly from the control panel.

We shall closely monitor the services to ensure that everything is stable. Please watch the thread for further updates.

Investigating

We are currently facing issues with the enrollment of the SSL certificate orders. You may encounter a following error during the certificate enrollment process:

"Oops something went wrong. Please try again later."

Our development team is currently investigating this issue on priority.

An update will be provided to this thread as soon as additional information is available.
