Monitoring
The issue has been identified and fixed by our System Administration team and the services are now up and running. An intermittent network problem caused this outage which has now been rectified.
Our Server Administration team is actively monitoring the server. We will post further updates on this thread regarding the issue.

Investigating
We are currently facing issue on one of our Reseller Linux Hosting Server impacting the hosting services on it. You may face intermittent errors while accessing the website, database, email, cPanel and phpMyAdmin.
Our System Administration team is currently investigating this issue and we will update this thread with additional information once available.
