Intermittent issue on our Shared Linux, Windows & Email Hosting Servers

Our Network Operations team has rerouted the traffic back to it's original status which is running seamlessly now. The issue is now resolved and you should be able to access our all the services on our servers.

Our network operations team has confirmed that the impact is now stabilized with the rerouting of traffic to other internal services. In the meanwhile, they are also in constant contact with the ISPs to expedite a fix for the issue.

Our network operations team are working with the affected ISP's to fix the issue permanently. As an alternative, our team has rerouted the traffic coming from these ISP's to another internal service in order to mitigate this.

We have identified the issue to be ISP specific and not server related. We have checked our server health and statuses and they are working seamlessly. This is currently affecting websites and emails hosted on our Linux, Windows and Email Hosting platforms.

Airtel, BSNL, Tata are currently the ISP's that are unable to resolve websites hosted on our servers. The websites and emails are working fine on other ISP's.

Our network operations team is working with the affected ISP's to resolve this issue. We will update this pulse post in the next 4 hours with the progress that we have on this.
