Identified

The teams are currently in communication with Talos and ProofPoints to remove the block placed on our IP addresses which is causing the emails to get bounced back with error 554.

The mail operations team has also blocked the spammers that led to this block on these gateways. We expect the issue to resolve once the block is removed from these gateways.

We will provide the next update in 24 hours. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Identified

We have identified the issue is being caused because of a remote MTA rejecting our emails, specifically the spam filters logix.in & iphmx.com. The email routing on these servers is incorrectly marking the emails sent from our Linux servers as spam.

Our abuse team is currently in the process of reaching out to these providers to find out the root cause of the issue and remove it to ensure smooth email delivery. We should have the next update in 24 hours.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you and assure you that we are actively working to permanently fix the problem.
