Funds transferred through Auto-NEFT method should now be credited to your reseller account as per banking hours.

We would like to update you that there is still a delay of 24 hours in funds addition via the SmartCollect Auto-NEFT feature. The payment processor is still trying to resolve the issue.

We are still experiencing a delay in adding funds via the SmartCollect Auto-NEFT feature. The payment processor have still not received an ETA from the bank regarding this.
Until then we recommend you to continue using UPI, RuPay Debit & QR Code through the Ccavenue and Payu gateway with Zero Transaction Fee. For this, you may go My Billing > Add Funds and select the "CCAvenue - UPI, RuPay Debit, QR Code" or "Payu.in (UPI and Rupay Debit)" from your panel. Funds will be automatically added to your account.

We are again facing a delay in adding funds via the SmartCollect Auto-NEFT feature. The payment processor has been made aware of this issue and are already working with the bank towards resolving this at the earliest. This is taking longer than expected, due to the bank strikes which were on 16th & 17th of December 2021.
