The Coupon Engine was inaccessible due to certain modifications made to the configuration file.
The same was corrected and the issue now stands resolved.

The issue with the Coupon Engine displaying a blank page now stands fixed.
However, we are currently monitoring our systems to ensure smooth operations.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing an issue with the Coupon Engine page in the SuperSite Admin area.
On clicking the Coupon Engine Tab, it resolves to a blank page.
Impact: Unable to create any new coupons due to this issue.
Our development team has identified the issue and they are working to fix this.
