Our System Administration team has identified the cause of the issue and deployed a fix for it. You should now be able to seamlessly access the websites, cPanel and phpMyAdmin without any issues.

We are currently facing issue on one of our Cloud Linux Hosting Server impacting the hosting services on it. You may face intermittent 500 errors on the website, database, email, cPanel and phpMyAdmin.
