Monitoring
The issue has been identified and fixed by our System Administration team and the services are now up and running. An intermittent network problem caused this outage which has now been rectified.
Our Server Administration team is actively monitoring the server. We will post further updates on this thread regarding the issue.

Investigating
We are currently facing network issues at our Data center. You might experience issues while accessing your (US or India server) packages.
This would affect SSH connectivity, management panels access, cPanel, Plesk, DNS, Email, Website, Database, etc.
Our network team is actively working to fix this and we will update this thread with additional information once available.
