SSL orders stuck at Waiting for Verification

We have closely monitored the backlog orders which are now properly provisioned and all the services for SSL certificates are operational.

You should now be able to issue and manage your SSL certificates seamlessly from the control panel.

Sectigo has informed us that they were experiencing a short-term backlog with their certificate issuance which has now cleared as expected on their end.

They are currently monitoring their services to ensure that everything is stable. We shall continue posting updates regarding any progress on this as soon as we have more details available.

We are facing intermittent issues with activation of SSL orders. The verification is successfully completed at Sectigo but the order continues to remain Inactive in Orderbox.

Our development team is currently investigating this issue on priority.
