Issue on few of our Linux hosting servers (rs00X)

We have closely monitored the services on the server and the resources are now stable.

The issue is now resolved and you should not face any issues related to this server. Please feel free to contact our support team for any further assistance.

The issue has been identified and fixed by our System Administration team and the services are now up and running. An intermittent memory problem caused this outage which has now been rectified.

Our Server Administration team is actively monitoring the server. We will post further updates on this thread regarding the issue.

We are facing connectivity issues across a few of our Shared Linux servers due to which you might face intermittent issues while:

1. Accessing the Website on a browser

2. Sending or Receiving Emails

3. Accessing the cPanel/WHM

Our Network Administration Team is investigating the issue on priority.
