The issue has been resolved by our System Administration team. Services such as our outbound and inbound servers are now fully functional. You should also be able to login to Webmail and your email client applications.
Our System Administration team identified the issue due to resources being down intermittently. The services are now restored.
We will be doing a complete Root Cause Analysis on this to prevent this from happening in the future.

Our team has implemented a fix on our email servers which has resulted into both incoming and outgoing mail services to recover. Webmail and email clients are also now functional.
However, you may observe a delay in both incoming and outgoing emails which should resolve once the mail queue on the server clears.

The problems on our Email Hosting Servers have been identified. A critical resource is down, affecting all other services such as webmail, email clients, inbound and outbound mails, etc. Our server admins are already working to get this resource up and running as soon as possible in order to fix the issue.

Upon investigating further our Network administration team has identified that the email functionality is also currently affected. You may not be able to access webmail or send and receive emails via email clients as well.
