The login issue with OrderBox has been resolved.
The services were unable to connect to our database temporarily which affected the server load. Our System Administration team has restarted the affected services and everything is now back up.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you because of the same.

Monitoring
The issue with OrderBox login has been resolved.
There was an intermittent load on our servers due to which the connections were timing out and hence resulting in a Gateway Timeout Error.
We are monitoring the load on our servers and shall update the thread once the issue is fixed permanently.

Investigating
We have received reports of intermittent issues with OrderBox while accessing the control panel and managing orders.
Our System Administration Team is actively working to fix this as soon as possible.
An update will be provided to this thread as soon as additional information is available.
