Intermittent issues with Domain Registration service

The issue with our Domains Registration Service has been resolved. All the stuck domain registration actions are now processed.

The services were unable to connect to our database temporarily which affected the server load. Our System Administration team has restarted services and domain registrations are now functional.

There was an intermittent load on our servers due to which the actions were getting stuck. The development team has resolved the issue and we are continuing to monitor the services.

All stuck actions for domain name registrations have been processed successfully.

We are facing intermittent issues with our Domain’s cron service.

You may encounter the following error while registering a domain name.: “We are currently processing the registration of your domain name.”

Our Product Development team is already working towards restoring the services on priority. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
