We were closely monitoring the services across the servers and are not seeing any issues with the services as of now.

Monitoring

Our server admin team has rebooted the server to resolve the issues.

We can find that the server is already came backup and all the services are running fine without any issues.

We are still monitoring the server actively from our end.

Investigating

We are facing connectivity issues on a shared Windows server.

  1. Accessing the Website on a browser
  2. Sending or Receiving Emails
  3. Accessing the Plesk Panel

Our Network Administration Team is actively working to restore services.
