Monitoring

As shared in our previous update, the issue at Let’s Encrypt still continues. We as hosts have made some changes to our servers to solve the issue. The current status is as follows.

Shared Linux and Windows Servers

Our server admin team has rolled out scripts that have already resolved the SSL errors for all domains hosted on our shared servers. IF you still see an SSL error, our scripts will continue to run on the backend and gradually fix the SSL errors for your domains as well.

VPS and Dedicated Servers

You will need to run the following script on Linux/cPanel-based VPS and Dedicated servers manually to fix it sooner.

/scripts/autorepair update_lets_encrypt_cabundles

Let’s Encrypt is receiving a huge number of requests on their provisioning servers from all over the world for issuing new SSLs. Owing to this, the requests sent for your existing packages and requests to issue new SSLs will get queued up and be executed gradually as per the queue at their end.

Feel free to contact our Support team if you do have any doubts or questions.
