Our Server administrator team has downgraded the affected apache version on the servers to the particular version mentioned by the Plesk team now.
We have kept the servers under monitoring now.
All sites are working at the moment and we don't expect any more downtimes. Do connect with us in case you see any other issues.

We are currently experiencing 500 internal server error on websites hosted on VPS/Dedicated Plesk servers running on Ubuntu. Please be informed that the issue can be resolved by downgrading the Apache version on the server by following the steps in the link:
Our server admin team is also investigating the issue on the highest priority and will update the forum on a regular basis with the details of the progress.
