Our developers had identified that the issue was due to a recent maintenance activity carried out at our end. This activity was part of a series of maintenance's that we intend to carry out to make our system PCI compliant. We have rolled back the update to resolve the current issue.
We have noticed that recent transactions are added successfully to the accounts. However, we will continue monitoring the transactions to ensure that the issue is resolved.
We have identified the issue with the transaction flow and our product development team is working on fixing this. Please note that the issue is intermittent and is not affecting all transactions. We expect this issue to be resolved soon and will keep you updated through this post.
