We observe that the issue has resurfaced on OrderBox and now our System Administration Team is doing a rollback for the update released during the scheduled maintenance.
The below applications that are connecting to the OrderBox database will get interrupted at the time of this rollback.
Though the rollback window is of 1 hour 30 mins, you may face intermittent connectivity issues for around an hour or less.
With the help of our System Administration Team, the issues with OrderBox services have now been fixed and services are operational.

We have received reports of intermittent issues with OrderBox while accessing the control panel, making API calls & managing orders.
