Our System Administration Team has successfully completed the rollback and the services of OrderBox are now up and operational.
We are continuously monitoring our servers to ensure that services are stable.

We observe that the issue has resurfaced on OrderBox and now our System Administration Team is doing a rollback for the update released during the scheduled maintenance.
The below applications that are connecting to the OrderBox database will get interrupted at the time of this rollback.
1) Supersite and Partnersite
2) Orderbox Control Panel
3) OrderBox API
4) WebPro Panel
5) Mobile Application
6) Whois lookup
7) Domain Forwarding
Though the rollback window is of 1 hour 30 mins, you may face intermittent connectivity issues for around an hour or less.

We have received reports of intermittent issues with OrderBox while accessing the control panel, making API calls & managing orders.
Our System Administration Team is actively working to fix this as soon as possible.
