We have identified that the automated cPanel updates caused problems with Apache, we have since rolled back to the previous version and are working with cPanel to figure out what went wrong. All sites are working at the moment and we don't expect any more downtimes. Do connect with us in case you see any other issues.

Identified

We have identified issues with the apache service on the reported servers post a routine cPanel update. Most of the servers have recovered now, and our System Architects Team is looking at comparing the older version to pinpoint the error. Please watch this thread for more updates.

We are currently facing issues on multiple Shared Linux and Cloud Hosting Servers which are impacting the services on this server.

You may face web, database, email, cPanel, and WHM (Web Host Manager) related problems while accessing this server.

Our System Administration team is currently investigating this issue and we will update this thread with additional information once available.
