Our development team has pushed a code fix post which the highlighted issue has been resolved. You should now be able to access and manage your Cloud hosting orders from the control panel without any issues.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We are currently facing an issue where Cloud hosting orders are not accessible from the Reseller panel and gives a Null pointer exception error.
Please note that this does not impact active Cloud Hosting orders.
Our System Administration team is currently investigating this issue and we will update this thread with additional information once available.
