We were closely monitoring the DNS service on the server and we are not seeing any issues with the service now.

The DNS connectivity issue has been resolved.
The cause of this issue was a corrupted DNS configuration file which was fixed by the System Administration team and they are now closely monitoring the server.

We are facing intermittent DNS connectivity issues on one of our Shared Linux Server due to which you might encounter the following:
1. Accessing the Website on a browser
2. Sending or Receiving Emails
3. Accessing the cPanel
4. Modifying the DNS records in the DNS zone editor
Our System Administration and Network Administration Team have identified the problem to be with DNS query on the server and they are actively working to restore the services.
