The issue with the Control Panel has been resolved by our System Administration team. A recent code upload had to be rolled back to fix the issue. We will be running adequate tests before proceeding with the change.

Our System Administration team has identified the cause of the issue and has deployed a fix. Currently, the response times are stable and you should not face any issues while accessing or navigating the control panel.
The issue is resolved now however, we shall continue to monitor the issue.

Investigating
We are currently facing issues with OrderBox causing intermittent issues while accessing or navigating the control panel.
Our System Administration Team is already working on this issue and is trying to fix this as soon as possible.
