Our System Administration team has identified that the issue occurred because one of our Mail storage servers suffered an outage. A fix was deployed and the issue was solved.
You should no longer face any issues while trying to access your email accounts via the Webmail interface or an email client.
We are facing intermittent login issues with our Business and Enterprise email service, due to which you might encounter an error “500 Login failed" while accessing your account via the Webmail interface. You may also face issues while logging into email clients.
Our System Administration team is currently working on fixing the issue.
