Maintainence with the Neustar Registry

We are happy to announce that the Neustar Registry maintenance issue has been fixed. The scheduled maintenance was causing a manual delay in processing the actions and hence the actions were queued on our platform.

The Registry has managed to fix the issue at their end post which all the stuck actions on our platform have been processed.

Our Development team has informed us that the following list of TLDs under the Neustar Registry are affected during the maintenance.

As mentioned earlier, the maintenance for the same has been carried out in the following time frame:

Start time: July 12, 7:50 PM EDT | July 12, 23:50 UTC

End time: July 13,6:00 AM EDT | July 13, 10:00 UTC

In case, we face issues with any of the TLDs other than the ones mentioned above, we request you to reach out to our support team for the same.

We will update this post once the maintenance has been completed.

There is maintenance being carried out by the Neustar registry on account of which, you will face issues while trying to register, renew, transfer, manage or perform Whois lookups on domains belonging to the Neustar registry.

Please note that domains that have already been registered and are functional (resolving to destination pages), will continue to function as normal.
