Intermittent issue with domain check availability on Supersite

The issue with domain check availability on the Supersite has now been fixed and services are operational.

A recent code upload had to be reverted to fix this issue. Our development team has identified the code that led to the changes and has put additional checks in place to avoid disruption of services due to any future code upload.

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are currently experiencing an intermittent issue with domain check availability service on our Supersite servers. Any check availability requests made on the Supersite would either not respond or may yield an error.

Our development and System Admin teams are already aware of the issue and efforts are ongoing to resolve it at the earliest. We will update this thread as soon as we have any further information.
